FLT Counterbalance Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy team in Huddersfield, HD3.

This is a varied role with a 50/50 split between FLT work and warehouse or production duties, so we are looking for someone flexible, reliable, and happy to support across the site as needed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

Key responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Supporting warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and stock movement.
• Assisting with production duties when required.
• Moving materials, pallets, and finished goods around site.
• Carrying out basic stock checks and ensuring accurate handling of goods.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What we are looking for:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Previous warehouse, production, or FLT experience.
• A good work ethic and willingness to be flexible.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
